All products are handmade; therefore, slight variations in color, size, or finish are natural and part of the craft.

3. PRICING & PAYMENTS

 All prices are listed in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Full payment is required to confirm any order, workshop seat, or booking.
We use secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment details.

4. WORKSHOP / CLASS BOOKINGS

 Seats for workshops are limited and confirmed only after payment.
Workshop materials (if included) will be specified in the event details.
Participants must bring required supplies if mentioned in the class description.
OJO Knots reserves the right to reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

 For Physical Products:

 As items are handmade-to-order, we do not offer refunds once production has started.
Exchanges are considered only if the product is damaged during shipping (proof required within 48 hours of delivery).

 For Workshops / Classes:

 Fees are non-refundable once booked.
If you are unable to attend, we may allow:

   Transfer to another batch (subject to availability), OR
   Credit for a future workshop valid for 30 days).

6. SHIPPING POLICY

 Orders are processed within 5-10 business days unless otherwise stated.
Delivery timelines depend on courier partners and location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
